About Beth
A graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s in Business Management, Beth Flerlage also completed two years of study in Interior Design—a combination that perfectly blends business strategy with creative vision. Today, she applies both daily as Broker/Owner of NextHome Suncoast, where she and her husband, Nick, help clients navigate the Suncoast lifestyle with ease and confidence.
Together, Beth and Nick have sold more than 1,000 homes and consistently rank among the top 3% of agents nationwide. Their brokerage has been recognized as a Best of Venice winner ten times and was named the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year (2024).
Beth’s leadership and service have earned multiple honors, including:
• The Spirit Award – celebrating agents who exemplify leadership, teamwork, and service to others.
• The Ray Kanwischer Award – honoring those who keep life’s priorities in perspective, lend a helping hand freely, and lead with quiet strength and genuine kindness.
Her professional credentials reflect both skill and dedication:
Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) • Residential Construction Certified (RCC) • Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) • Certified Professional Home Stager & Redesigner (CSP) • Military Relocation Professional (MRP) • At Home With Diversity (AHWD)
Beth is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®, Venice Area Board of REALTORS®, Venice Area Chamber of Commerce, American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners, Real Estate Staging Association, and Venice MainStreet.
Her philosophy—“Humans Over Houses”—extends beyond real estate. Beth has supported and volunteered with organizations such as All Children’s Hospital, All Faiths Food Bank, American Cancer Society, Children First, Girl Scouts of America, Habitat for Humanity, Humane Society, Our Mother’s House, Southeastern Guide Dogs, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Toys for Tots, United Way, and Venice Theatre. She also served on the City of Venice Public Art Advisory Board, contributing her creativity to community enrichment.
Beth’s approach to real estate mirrors who she is at her core: thoughtful, creative, service-minded, and deeply committed to helping others find not just a house, but a home and lifestyle that fit their goals. Balancing leadership, artistry, and heart, Beth embodies the generosity and excellence that define the very best in real estate.
